sat nav / cd player

My ds3 has thensat nav and the sd card slot for the sat nav maps on it.. is it any way I can swap out the CD player for an aftermarket 1 and still keep the mode option off flicking between the song list on screen and my mpg figures and possibly still keeping a working sat nav?
