Call wouldn't end

Made a call yesterday via Bluetooth after ending the call (or so i thought) i noticed my radio had no sound, it was at this point i realised that the central display (display c) was still saying the name of the person i'd called, also when i pressed the end of the steering wheel stalk, instead of giving me the usual "calls list directory" option it was "end call/ activate secret". I turned phone off and bluetooth but to no avail, turned car off and removed the key but display stayed on still saying i was connected so i had to leave it overnight. When i returned to car in the morning, display was off and displayed entering economy mode when ignition was turned on and everything was back to normal. Has anyone got any ideas as to what caused this and any remedies in case this happens again, thanks for reading.

This had happened to me before, was a little concerned that the battery was going to go flat once I'd finished my journey. Thankfully it ended itself about 40 minutes later!

Hi guys...

I've had this problem several times and worked out a fix after trying the aforementioned methods...

All you have to do is make another call and then hang up (the call can be a dropped call where you just hear the ring ring)

I also have this in WTF's. Easiest way I've found to end the call is to tell the person on the other end to hang up >.<
