Hi all! I'm new to the form so hello!!
I have just bought a Dstyle plus Airdream 2011 the car has a aux output but when I plug my iPod in nothing happens?? Anyone know what the problem may be??? Thanks in advance xx

You have to use the. Source button on radio to select aux [emoji1]

As Mark says, the Source button cycles through available sources (Radio, Aux, CD etc). Once you're on the correct source, make sure your iPod is at a decent volume and you should be ok.

And you will only turn volume up on radio you will have to use your iPod to select tracks etc

Hi guys! Thanks for the reply. I have done all that you said above and nothing happens??!! I have had a parrot Bluetooth sysystem fitted before the purchase, could this have anything to do with it??

Turn the engine on in the car and then put in some ear phones, now switch the source to AUX on the radio and make sure then volume is set to a level such as 6 or 8. Now plug in the ear phones into the socket and listen carefully, if you heard a whine, feedback sound then the socket is working. If nothing at all, even after touching the sides of the socket with the ear phones then I would suggest the socket is dead.

Also do try another device such as your phone, plug the 3.5mm jack into the ear phone socket and then the car.
