bluetooth mystery

just bought 2012 vti d style plus bluetooth in spec but can not find it or connect to it dealer wont help as i bought it from somewhere else ????

If it hasn't got the usb connector by the handbrake then no bluetooth I'm afraid.
Also make a note not to visit that dealer again.it shouldn't matter where you bought it from they should have gave you the advice needed.
