DS3R Nav System with Aftermarket headunit

Hey guys, been a while since I posted anything I've been absolutely snowed under with my first year of uni just about finished now. So I've been looking at trading for a DS3R but I've a few questions, does the nav system work with aftermarket stereos or will I need to do a but of creative wiring/buy a unit like for my stalk controls?
I don't want to commit until I have an answer as I'm going to have to drive 4 hours to view it and I don't want to waste £250 of stereo if it won't work with the Racing.

It will work with the Racing as long as the original headunit will be used (because the headunit ist also the computer for the Nav System).
So you can buy new speaker if you want
