Is there any way that you can add Bluetooth and sub to your car if it hasn't got it?

Parrott bluetooth with the stock unit .
Sub and amp should be easy

You can get bluetooth and usb stereos from about 70 to 80 pounds .
You will need a connects 2 adaptor if you want to keep the steering wheel controls and reversing sensors if you have them.
The connects 2 adaptor is about 60 pound.

It acts as a handsfree phone and streams stuff from my iPhone really well.
