Hey everyone
Newbie here looking for a bit of advice - I picked up my facelift DS3 DSport Plus a little under a week ago and I'm loving it so far, but I have a bit of a problem with the USB interface for the stereo which I'm hoping one of you very wise people on here may be able to help me out with!
I just have the standard factory stereo in my car along with the aux/USB input next to the handbrake. Whenever I plug my iPhone into it and select a song from a playlist to play it works just as you'd expect. But when I've had enough and use the steering wheel controls to skip forwards/backwards a track, it goes completely weird and starts playing songs in alphabetical order from my entire library. It's like it completely forgets I was in a playlist or an album and just goes off to do its own thing.
I've tried using a different USB cable (both genuine Apple) but have the same problem and somebody else's iPhone does the same thing. If I play music from my phone via bluetooth it works fine and I can skip to my hearts content although the sound quality is pants which is why I'm keen to get the USB connection working properly!
Anybody else had this problem or got any ideas to try and sort it? Or is it a trip back to the dealers?
Cheers in advance :-)
