  • Aux Socket

    Hi,

My car has only got an Aux socket fitted and no USB socket. Is it straightforward to change it for one with a USB socket?

    Thanks

The Aux will always remain an aux can't install a usb socket there instead. Citroen has a separate usb box that can be installed but I am not sure how much functionality it gives to control from the steering wheel or the information shown on the screen. Seem to remember it is not as good as the radios that have usb from the factory. There are also aftermarket solutions for usb and bluetooth streaming. Don't really know much about all that. Sure someone will be along that is into all that stuff and can be more help.

I hope so because it would be handy to be able to use a USB stick

Use the search box and behold a list of people asking about USB, or just scroll down.
