How do I switch the radio off?

Hi,

Just taken delivery of my '65 plate d style which has a new touchscreen. I can't seem to switch the radio function off and even when I mute it if I get a phonecall via Bluetooth, when the call ends the radio turns itself back up. It's the same when you switch the engine off, the radio volume goes back up automatically upon restart. Not a massive problem for me but as a driving instructor it's a distraction learner drivers could do without!

Am I missing something really simple??

The simple answer at the moment you can't. I found it a little annoying myself with the DS3 I was using, hopefully there will be something done about it in a future software update.

Thank you. Bit of a stupid design but at least it wasn't just me missing the obvious! Hopefully they'll sort this out soon.

It's an absolutely stupid idea. Why does it need to be constantly on?! I hate the radio so it really pees me off having to mute it but that's the only way to do it.

Don't forgot you can mute the radio both with the buttons on the dash and the control stalk.
