  • Best Handsfree Solution.

Since buying my Ds3 I have loved every aspect besides one thing... NO HANDSFREE. I retrofitted a bluetooth handsfree kit in my last car and ran the wires from the 12 volt socket at the bottom of the dash, behind the dash and out of a vent next to the wheel, easy.
The problem with the DS3 is that the 12 volt socket is behind my left arm so I would have to run the wire over the handbrake, shifter and clutter my dash with wires.
I've already managed to get my 3.5mm cable stuck in the handbrake (my fault for not looking but whatever :rolleyes.

What do you guys do for handsfree calls, besides buy a DS3 that has bluetooth?

I think the parrot kit is quite good.

And Liam rigged up something in his car recently, so he might be able to help out

Cheers, Joni. I did look at parrot, they are very expensive though (might call it an investment and go for it). :star:

I use something similar to this in the MX, works a treat.
