Using Navigation

Hi Can you help me. I'm going round in circles with this sat nav. It's emyway in a DS DS3 Cabrio 2016. I have just updated the maps. It's very odd you have to set it to England every time then I enter a postcode but says that contact is already used & can't get anywhere with it. The manual is useless. Can somebody give me step by step instructions how to enter a postcode so it will navigate please? Never get this with a tomtom!!

I take it you are entering the postcode within the "City" field?
