Ds3 headlights flashing and wipers going when ignition is turnedd off

Please can anyone help my partners 2010 ds3has started with a problem last night when she stops and turns ignition off the headlights start flashing and wipers start going this only stops by turning ignition back on or removing the battery wire any ideas what is causing the problem is im lost

Bad battery is my best guess. Had the same happen but not on ignition off. The bad battery caused the bsi to do wierd stuff.
