Transferring 2015 SMEG/Touchscreen into 2014 DS3

I have just collected a 2014 DS3.
I've seen occasionally on eBay 2015 onwards SMEG/IV2//DAB radios and touchscreens being advertised by breakers.
Would these be backwards compatible/installable in my current car?

Yes with modification to the loom. Also it can't be done on a rt4 without the bluetooth option. Do not connect it to the car without changing the loom first or it will blow up in your face. Had that happen to me on my first smeg iv2...
