Does it have a USB port? If so, it will play music from a USB disk.

USB must be 32GB or less, formatted to FAT32, and only likes music files - no M4A or similar multimedia file types. But most music is either MP3, WAV, or AAC, so no issues there.

OOOOOPS IT DONT HAVE A USB PORT NEXT TO CIGERETTE light there is another cap I thought it was usb it just got a round little hole maybe ipod plug

It will just be a 12V socket and aux jack like mine then. If you have music on your phone or an MP3 player like an iPod then you can just use a 3.5mm aux cable.

Yep the style plus only has aux port.
That's why I changed my stereo
