Head Unit upgrade advice

Hi guys.

Need a little advice, I have a new head unit that I want to install in the DS3 (2015) but need advice on fitting, the original stereo is the OEM radio/Cd (black thing) and below is the equipment I want to install, I purchased all the extra leads that I was told I would need in order to be able to fit. Anyone give me advise on fitting please

Also a friend asked me if my OEM head unit was a RD4 model, anyone tell me what that it and how can I find out if it is or not.

In all fairness you're best calling the shop you're purchasing items from to confirm what they are.
