Hi all, does the USB play mpeg4 off a USB?

I have seen the thread that shows how to convert iTunes to MP3 but all my iTunes music is MPEG 4 and I only have the option to convert to AAC format in iTunes.

Google m4a to mp3 conversion. Find your music files (.m4a) in the iTunes folder on your PC, convert them to mp3 and copy to a USB drive.

Just use iTunes to convert to MP3, it leaves a copy of the originals so you are not overwriting them.

Thanks Bigfeet, I have tried that, I only have the option to convert to AAC, it was your original guide that I used, but no option to convert to MP3 just AAC

Click on edit and go to preferences then select import settings. From there you will be able to change the encoder to MP3.

Cheers mate, should the USB be formatted to FAT323 or NTFS ?

You will need to format in FAT or FAT32 mate.
