New Car But Want Bluetooth Through Speakers etc

Decided if I can afford it, I want my new car to have a new head unit with Bluetooth if possible, so I have the voice functionality but main thing is streaming music etc

I have a sony head unit I could get fitted from an older car, but I dont want to lose any of the functionality that I have with the one in there already.

So anyone know or have a link to the option to upgrade my head unit with one from citroen that has bluetooth ? I dont need sat nav etc, just bluetooth

p.s. this is all so I dont have to run an aux cable round the car to my windscreen mount, decided much tidier with that.

Expensive is all I'll say to that, I'm sure that we covered this on an earlier thread. Your best bet is to fit an after market system if your DS3 didn't have the factory option already.
