Radio - MW band?

Just noticed when driving home from the game the other night, when I went to change band on radio from fm to mw to listen to other results etc on sports channels, that mw band doesn't appear to exist.

Is that right? Same for everyone? Or am I just doing something stupid ..... as usual lol

You should be able to access go from fm to mw (AM) by pressing the Band button "Press the BAND AST button to select
a waveband: FM1, FM2, FMast, AM".. that suggests that it toggles between the 4 bands

Pressing the 'Band' button on the audio control panel should cycle through the following FM1, FM2, FMast & AM. You should be able to find your sports channels there see this list for frequencies http://www.mediauk.com/radio/platforms/am

You can get sports radio. you're band button may be like mine, a bit slow so you have to push it again

I know to press band button, I mention this in my original post, but for example Radio Scotland is 810mw, all previous cars actually said mw when I went onto that band, all this car says is fm or am

Maybe this is the excuse I need to fit some sorta digital radio in there
