This isn't the greatest photo, but I installed the new Pioneer MVH-8350BT about two months ago - It has a gloss black finish which blends well with the car, it has a very user friendly interface that allows USB, SD Card and IPod. It also has a massive amount of colour combinations and background patterns in the 3" screen, as well as blue tooth and remote control. It is a great unit and i am glad I made the change.
I also have installed Hertz MLK 165 speakers in the front, a Genesis Profile Four Ultra amplifer and a 12" Alpine sub. It sounds amazing already (especially as the whole car has been dyna matted), and I still have another set of Hertz speakers for the back and a Genesis Profile Sub Ultra to go in yet, which will make it even better. I will post more photos soon.
