iPhone download apps from the AppStore.

I have ordered my DS3 Sport Plus which is arriving next week. Can't wait. It comes with the Bluetooth which is great. Now my question is will the download Apps from the AppStore work with the Bluetooth or is it just the iPod that will play music through the stereo. Many thanks in advance :-)

@ zack there are loads of Download Apps in the AppStore that you can download music to for free. If you get what i mean ;-) Just wondered if they worked through Bluetooth as not got car yet?
