AUX jack help

I have recently purchased a Citroen ds3 1.6 hdi 2010 plate and when I use the aux to play music from my phone or iPod the sound is very poor. If I move the cable around it does come on completely in certain positions. I have tried new cables so know that isn't the issue. I understand you can get a new jack as I have taken the old one off with ease but so far I have been unsuccessful finding one. Any ideas?

Try asking around local breaker's yards for DS3s, they should be able to supply you one no problem, as it's not something they usually have demand for.
