Problem with Apple CarPlay
Hey, i’m very new to this site (not even sure if this is the right place to post this) and I was wondering if anyone here could help me. I own a 1.6T DS3 Performance (66 plate) and, since I bought it in September last year, using Spotify with CarPlay causes the music to stutter and play incorrectly on a regular basis (every 10-20 seconds). I have tried using a number of different iPhones and factory reset both the car settings and the iPhones themselves with no luck. I’ve actually sent the car in to be fixed 3 times already where the problem was supposedly fixed - but the stuttering still occurred.
I’d also like to add that this isn’t an internet issue with all the music downloaded onto my phone. I know this isn’t a significant issue but I would love to get the problem revolved as it is simply annoyance when buying a somewhat-new car. It would be good to know if anyone else is having this issues and I hope somebody can help!
