Installing Car Play

Hey Guys!
New here so sorry if this has been posted already..

I have 66 Plate DS3 facelift version and was just wondering if anyone had managed to activate apple carplay yourself?
My screen has the jukebox and Navigation and everything else but just no Apple Car play?

Would it be a job of calling the dealship to see if they can do it or is there a DIY method??

any help would be appreciated!

As far as I’m aware you need the dealer to enable it, something about licensing IIRC.
