Contact Names Not Showing On Display

Hey folks, as the title says I'm having an issue with my display. Since I've got the car whenever I'm using bluetooth and I get a call the contact names are not shown. It just says: Incoming Call ""

Other than that bluetooth works as it should, contacts have been imported, etc.

Was wondering if anyone knows a fix?

That's a strange issue...

What car do you have / what year?

What mobile phone do you have?

Sometimes when mine connects, it shows the number rather than the name and I was putting it down to the phone being old so maybe not totally compatible with the car...

Hey Dee, it's a '14 DStyle+ (with the monochrome C? I think). I have a Galaxy S8. Not sure whether it's a problem on the phone end of things but I couldn't find anything in the settings?

Had same problem with same monochrome c screen and galaxy s8 now got another ds3 with 7 " touch screen number and name displays .

Looks like it's the phone then, wonder if the screens just a bit outdated. Will see when I change phones next year I guess lol
