What does it take to upgrade my MY2015 Multimedia System?

I have a MY 2015 with a originally fitted 7” touchscreen. No navi, no mirrorlink, but rear view camera.

I don’t have the radio/cd unit at the bottom of the dash-board. Just the three buttons (Menu, vol+, vol-)

I’m considering some kind of update if possible.

First of all. How do I check the which hardware-version (and software-version) fitted in my care?

Second. What would it take to get the features of the newest DS3 touchscreen in my car? Especially features like Mirrorlink/carplay - but maybe also Navi.
I assume I need to change the hardware? But how much? I also assume I’ll need to get any new hardware "paired" with the car as well?

Any advice is appreciated.
