Apple car play

Hey just wondering if anyone has got Apple car play working in a DS3 2016 plate? On one without it enabled.. how do I go about getting it installed. The technician at my local garage, was not helpful in the slightest and kept telling me it wasn’t possible

Yes i had mirrorlink and carplay activated when Citroen dealer said it couldn't be done, had a guy in Leeds activate it before i got rid of my car
