Radio/ speakers on the blink - white noise and only dash speaker working - any ideas?

Was driving along yesterday when the radio started popping really loudly and crackling, so i turned the volume down to just one bar as it was so loud. The only speaker working now is the dash speaker. When the radio is switched off there is a lot of white noise, but notably not engine related, just loud hissing which does eventually die down. Did a reset by disconnecting the battery, but no joy, still stuck with just the front speaker working and a lot of hissing.

Any ideas? Could this be header unit, earthing or something else?

Suppressors blown. Dont know where they are located. All electrically operated stuff in your car interfering with Head unit
