Tez you haven't got a tutorial/guide on how to get at the subwoofer have you - I've just jumped on an amp + sub package for £20 to tide me over until autumn. I'm just looking to get them installed without any of the hassle of routing cables from the bonnet.

    Cheers

I opened the boot earlier and used my torq s/driver on the plastic case around the seat belt, that the parcel shelf sat on - I can see I need to lift boot floor, but I'm stumped the fabric side wall goes into the bloody rear quarter and it looks like a right ball ache to get out the LHS boot card covering the sub - then there's this stupid clip that attaches to the sub itself, which I haven't a clue how to get off without force, took a pic and it looks like a pincer that you would push together and out (if that makes sense :S)

Either way...Yeah write a guide or I'll come by with some cash! I want this chavvy sub installed before the meet lol

Fitted mine today, just ended up putting a power cable from the battery with an inline fuse through the washer grommit - and used an adaptor/rca convertor from the back of the HU to the boot.

Serves it's purpose for now until I get my proper install anyway
