Since the beginning of the year any device ( this includes satnavs ) that warn of speed camera locations are illegal in France, penalties include fines up to €1500, confiscation of the device and vehicle. So you probably won't find any updates, Tomtoms website has warnings about this and my Tomtom Via Live 120 had French speed camera warnings disabled when I updated it recently. Info here
