Max number of phone contacts sync'd

Does anyone know the max number of entries the DS3 bluetooth phone system will sync?

I have a lot of contacts in my phone as i use for both work and personal.
I rarely delete them.
I have sync'd the phone but it only displays to S in my phonebook.

I have assumed there must be a limit.

Anyone know what it is or even why?

I wouldn't have thought there was a limit but one thing I'm aware of if using an Android phone is that you have to copy your contacts to the phone's memory rather in the sync account for Google or they don't sync

Quick couple of questions, MyWay or standard set up? How many contacts are listed already?

Bluetooth is not a prefect technology and a lot of it is dependant on your phone rather than the system, but the system does have some limitations as well.
