How can you adjust the ac and fans with a massive panel in front of it?

well sorry, but i just have a personal preference i change all radios in my tractors, dont know why just do!! where have you got it from that i got a massive panel radio, i just a Sony single din radio, fits straight in where old one sits!

Personal preference is personal preference but don't going about saying damned stupid things. I'm happy with the system and why? Because everything in car is controlled from a 10.1 tablet and also by my phone.

Halford have just about every adaptor you can think of for audio. Have a look, take note of the part then order somewhere cheaper

i have tried mate but they said about the security in the dash, had to contact my dealer which i have done now came on here for help of DS3 mates, seen a few people who has done it! just not sure which one is needed, thats all.

The ds radio plug is called quadlock, 3 ways to do it.
Quadlock to iso then hardwire the ignition wire ( costs approx £10 )
Or
Can bus stalk controller which generates the ign power needed and will work with most branded car radios ( costs about £50 ) through the steering controls, some also allow you too change your time and date etc even without the original radio.
Or
Cut and splice ( WARRANTY VOID LAND )


The aerial adaptor is called fakra, the white socket means you need a powered adaptor otherwise the aerial doesn't get switched on.

Why would anyone cut and splice when you are dealing with a canbus vehicle system? Just asking for a world of pain

I see it on a very very regular basis' been to a vauxhall main dealer today to put one right. :-)
