  • Bluetooth and playlists

This is a fairly noob question but I have done a search cant seem to figure it out.

I have connected my Samsung GS3 via bluetooth and can stream music no problem, i can skip tracks etc but how do I change playlists?

Now i have the car i can say list does not work in bluetooth streaming, as the manual says the playlists etc are only selectable via the player

The list button selects playlist etc only when connected via the usb (well on my iphone anyway)

So you have to change the playlist via your phone? I thought that may have been the case.

I think it's whatever you set on the phone / radio (depending what you start the connection with), you put it into the other. I can't remember which order is best to connect but will have a look later and let you know if you like?

As lfc says, the default is 0000.

I updated my iPod touch 4th generation software yesterday at the request of the device, and when I went to connect to my car stereo wirelessly today it wouldn't connect, and then when it did it froze the stereo. I managed to get it working again after switching off the iPod and the car. Anybody else had this problem and is it the car radio or the apple iPod software?

I have my iPhone 4s connected via Bluetooth and also my same generation iPod touch with no issues Rach, currently though I am mostly using the mini usb stick with all my songs on it to save leaving the iPod in the car....

So does the car stereo have a USB port then, and if so where is it located cause I haven't found one!! I have a USB stick which I could use. It's just that all my music is on my iPod and I just take it out the car in case it gets nicked, USB stick like you I could leave in the car.

Not all vehicles have them- my current DS3 only has some auxillary thing
Not sure that they may be a specified extra the USB
                              Never used the USB anyways
