Parrot ck3100 Bluetooth hands free installation info please

Hi guys just bought my self a parrot hands free for the ds3 has anyone else fitted one to there car and was it a pain to fit as on some cars the wirring loom doesn't fit behind the stereo as there isnt much space also where did you position the mic for the hands free I have seen some people have fitted it on the rear view mirror I have a bit of OCD I don't really want wires showin any info or help would be great

Hey, i have just ordered the parrot asteroid mini for my ds3. After spending some time on the phone to parrot I had to order an additional wiring loom to connect the parrot kit to my head unit. Will be installing it when it all arrives

Hi,
I fitted the same system to my wifes ds3. Lots of room behind radio. Mic @ top of right door pillar. Main unit mounted from top of cubby hole on right side. The whole panel pulls off and you can run wires straight to the radio.

How much is the additional loom and do I have to order from parrot ?

Sot lead 040. £20 Halfrauds I think. I will be removing mine in the next few days as I have a ds4 arriving.

Ahh ha halfrauds I'm not sure what they are like with car installations but I no for a fact I wouldn't take my bike there to be fixed

Brilliant thanks I have had a look on eBay but most if them are for c3 c4 and so on but no the ds3 is the sot 040 for all citroens?

I believe the code SOT-040 is standard for most citroens. Doesn't the ds3 have the same head unit as a c3 anyway?

I'm not sure as never been in c3

Parrot Ck3100 are fine not that easy to update software - the Asteroids are the dodgy products
