Is it possible to upgrade the bog standard system to the emyway with satnav etc ?

Once I buy the car outright I have a couple of modifications for it. I'm going to get the interior upgraded to the Claudia leather seats and I was hoping to be able to upgrade to the emyway system, does anyone know if this is possible ?

It's possible but far from cheap. You'll need Citroen to do the majority of the work for you.

I'd recommend souring a new dash online rather than getting one direct from Citroen.

When I say far from cheap, I mean really expensive.
