Don't waste your time do what i did and go to Helfords and spend about £60 and replace all 4 speakers......OK most will say i'm a prat for doing it but if you got time to waist going to a dealer's loose your car for the day then told to bring it back another day to have the work done then have to go bake again when another speaker goes pop it's up to you.............

Said it before and will say it again, give the new speakers a chance to bed in slightly before you fire your *insert music genre* at full blast!

Compared to my last car which was a Nissan Juke. The quality of the sound proofing in the cabin and level of engine noise is much better therefore music doesn't need to be blasted out!

I've had the car for 6 months now and took it easy on the music for the first 2 months.
I wouldnt of thought that citroen would replace a blown speaker... Surely that is our own fault?

As I said i'd not even had the car a week, prior to that it was the showroom model. So it's possible that it was played around with and maybe damaged to some extent before I got it, either way new car with warranty means it's covered by Citroen as far as i'm concerned. Also the power output of the head unit/amp should not exceed the maximum input of the speakers, ideally the speakers should have a higher power rating to avoid damage. As long as you stick to that principal you shouldn't get blown speakers.
