Radio not play stations or Cds and Usb

Just had a weird problem with my radio. I went and changed a CD for my long drive and now the radio isn't playing any radio stations, CDs and even my USB. I have switched the engine off for 15min and still nothing plays. Shall I disconnect my battery for a hard reset?

It does sound like the radio unit has frozen, take it none of the buttons work at all?

Give the car a hard reset and see if that sorts the problem if not then it would be a trip to the dealer for more diagnostic checks.
