  • Answering phone on bluetooth

    Ok guys, very strange one.

Got my DS3 about 6 months ago, paired it up with my iPhone 5 & all was well.

Last couple of weeks though I've had a problem with hanging up calls.

If someone 'phones me I can answer it using the stork by the steering wheel but I can't hang up using the button on the stork, to hang up the 'phone I have to unlock my 'phone & end the call......not ideal.

Anyone else had this problem before? I think I'm going to try & re-pair my 'phone, see if that works.

I've always had to hold the button on the stalk until two options appear:

    Hang up Call
    Or
    Mute Call (secrecy something like)

Does this not appear now when you hold the button down at the end of the call ?

You have to press and hold the Source button (the button you're using to answer the phone) for about 5 seconds to open the option menu, then press again to hang up. As far as I know, this is the only way to do it.

If there's another way, can someone please enlighten me?

Edit: LFC beat me to it.

Handbook saying can press the button on end of stalk either 1 long press or 2 short presses. Or can use the buttons on the radio. 4 ways to hang up in all.

You can also press the sleep button on your phone to hang up.

As it as already been mentioned you need hold the source button on the right stalk down for about three seconds to bring up the in call menu.
