0:04 Remove the bulb caps
0:10 Heat the headlight (1600 Watt heatgun/500 degrees Celsius) to soften the sealant
0:30 Unclip the lens and remove the lens when it's still hot
1:04 Remove the H7 bulb cap
1:17 Disconnect the reflector assembly from the housing
1:31 To mount the Mini H1 6.0 the H7 fitting has to be adjusted with a dremel tool to have enough thread exposed to screw the nut on the headlight.
1:58 Place the projector through the H7 fitting with the H7 adapter and nut
2:20 Place the bulb ring and secure it with the 3 screws
2:44 The Pegasus shroud has to be adjusted to fit in the reflector with a dremel tool
3:00 Insert the shroud centric ring in the shroud
3:20 Place the shroud and clean off all fingerprints
3:30 Connect the reflector assembly in the housing
3:52 Place the lens back on the housing
4:04 Heat the headlight again to soften the sealing and press the lens back on the housing
Two reasons for this. To smoke out the chrome/ to to upgrade the lights.
