Eml & esp warning

Morning all I have an intermittent fault of eml & esp warnings also sometimes loss of throttle after starting up. Checked DTC's &have P0658 = Actuator supply voltage A circuit low
Has anyone else on here had any dealings or info on this

Known fault on the VTI's with a loose earth cable.
