I used a steal coat hanger and cut it up, or you can not be cheap and buy a removal key from Halfords xD
push them in quite far and give them a bit of a jiggle on the way in and it should release, the stereo should just slide out nicely
As you can see the main cable on the left the 'bumper' in the middle (which you might need for your new stereo) and then the white aerial
Insert the cage for your new stereo
Follow this Guide for wiring up the stereo with the adapters for stalks, reverse sensors ect.
And then you end up with that mess of wire you need to stuff down to the right side to get your stereo in.

If you don't the signal is weak and you won't get AM or MW
