Has anyone experience water in rear foot wells

I have a 2015 Ds3 passenger rear foot wells under the carpet and foam is soaking! Bulk head drains seem clear and door panels are not leaking. Also boot is bone dry. Is there a common issue

Did you buy it from a dealers/garage recently? Get it back to dealers and get them to fix it, if its still in warranty. If not, is it just the rear passenger footwell, or is there any in the front too? If there is any in the front, it could be a break in the AC pipework somewhere and it's leaking inside the car, rather than draining out and under the car as usual when using the AC.
