Hi there when you put the lever under the mirror do you just put pressure on to pop it out , does it sit in some kind of ball joint or something ? Do you have to place the lever in a certain place ? I just don't want to force it and break the glass , cheers

Haven't done it on a DS3 but on one of my older cars the mirror needed a bit of brute force to click it back into the holder

I've figured out it looks like the mirror back plate has took half the motor section aswell when I levered it out , super glue needed. I think lol
