Re building damaged ds3

I'm rebuilding an airstream diesel for my wife. It has been in a bump and am waiting for it to go on a jig, but in the meantime there are a few little things that need doing and one is next to the clutch. in the clutch housing there is a pipe with broken plastic on it but not having a manual I don't know what it is. Can anybody tell me. Also has anyone got photos of the front of the engine/gearbox I can use as a template.

The pictures a little unclear but it looks like its the clutch release bearing which is incorporated with the clutch slave cylinder, there around £180 or so.
