Sport red in near miss Jct18 M1 today

Saw a near miss between a DS3 and a Peugeot on the island at Jct 18 M1 today. DS lost the battle but no accident luckily. Hubby and I are in disagreement as to who was in the right/wrong. If it was you, I'd love to know what your perspective was.

Tend to see so many near misses these days and questionable driving. Why I love my dashcam, if not to protect myself but possibly someone else who is in an accident and the other driver tries to blame them, can hand over my footage to help them out.

We were in hubby's car so had dashcam footage of it. It looked like the peugeot was more to blame (although they were both driving aggressively) but I think the DS had a lucky escape.
