Normally a finance company will end an agreement if the first payment has not been collected, thus leaving you free to apply for a new agreement. Or do you have a shortfall which you are trying to 'roll'?

My first payment came out today cos i din't want to cancel it. They wouldn't accept me for the the higher amount for the DS3, but i've found the cash to pay the difference. but they say they won't transfer it to the ds3 cos its worth more. Doesn't make sense to me when am technically putting 7k deposit. Anyhoo am on the owld parentals to help. If not i'be lost the golf i traded in and the 500 extra i paid :o(
