White DS3 with Red, Blue and Black striping. Martini Edition??

Spotted this coming the opposite direction to me at Edmondsley near Sacriston this morning.

It had Red blue and black stripes up the bonnet and over the rood and what looked like the Martini badge on the side of the car.
Not sure thats just the alcoholic in me, but thats what it looked like ha!
