I think the guide is translated from italian with google translate so sometimesit's a little bit fuzzy. On requisted i can rewrite it with some clearer comments
It's easier then it looks. It took me less than a hour to disassamble/replace LEDs/reassamble I've only replaced the SMD 3528 LED PLCC2(who will replace the 15 orange LED - (4 for the buttons at the top - 7 for the central display - 3 fan and arrows on the right)) I left the SMD LED 0603 alone(they are just to small)http://www.autoweek.nl/verbruik/13739/citroen-ds3-e-hdi-90-so-chic-2011
