So as some of you will know, I have been on here about a year now.
Thought that I would finally get around to doing a little build thread to show so progress that's been made.
It has been slow and steady as I seem to spend every waking minute at work but hey, it's getting there.

So first of from picking up the car I had some of the interior plastics hydro dipped in orange pearl

Next on the list was to black out the chevrons and surrounding chrome parts of the grill

Followed by slightly tinting the rear lights to give it a subtle difference

Another stop was to my local wheel specialist where I had a set of 17" Calibre Rapide matte black alloys fitted with the orange rim blades added for a bit of contrast

And finally for now, I spent this weekend tinting the drl's to orange (well ish, not quite the colour I was after but still, I think it looks quite good)


And last but not least I also spent some time playing with a new wifi OBD 2 receiver to change an iPad into a full car HUD with various readings and info


Will try and keep you updated more often now that the nights are starting to draw out [emoji4]

Thanks [emoji4] just trying to make a few subtle differences, don't want to go over the top with the orange!
Mainly just planning so performance upgrades now and maybe the nicer spoiler

Looks really good , just curious how you went about de-chroming the chrome parts on the car ? is it plastic dipped or wrapped or even sprayed ?

Thanks there was a lot that was already done from the previous owner but i have done a few more bits myself. I have always used plasti dip and its simple to use and you can always peel it off if you want.
There are also a few bots on the car that are wrapped but these were done by a local company. Hope this helps
