The egg yolks are gone! First photo is left side original, right side switched. Second is the finished product. Really makes a change after being used to the orange monstrosities :star:

'Back in the day' you could swap out the rear indicators for the front ones - the rear ones where clear

This was pre 3D rear light time - so if anyone has them - there's a tip for you.

I still have the old rear lights (and prefer them to the LED ones!) but didn't want to transfer the yolks back there

So, guys and gals... Bad news today

Some idiotic vandals have smashed my front headlights up. There's no marks anywhere else on the bumper, bonnet, or front wings, so I'm absolutely certain that this is foul play. It's just a real shame some people can't appreciate someone else's pride and joy, and are so selfish that they have to destroy what they can't have themselves.

With any luck, it will have happened at work and there will be CCTV footage of the culprit(s), but I was working late last night and it could have been too dark for the cameras, but I'll find out soon enough...

But still, every cloud has a silver lining, and mine is that I've got fly-eyes on now (with a bit of help - this is definitely a 2 person job!)

Hoping that they hold the cracks together, the bigger ones are still visible through the film, but it's cheap stuff even if they do fall apart over winter. Oh well :/

How about insurance? My vehicle damage insurance should cover such damage as glass breakage.
