'Night' Rider

So I've been introduced to Plasti-Dip.

WORST. MISTAKE. EVER.

So what I thought would remain a stock car with no mods is now turning into a totally blacked out DS3.

Here's what's happening so far with the eventual aim of all chrome being blacked out, front lights tinted and all black alloys (either new ones or wrapped current ones).






Will keep this updated during the week as I try to get more of it done before the weekend meet.

You'll struggle to wrap the wheels given all the curves, but look forward to seeing what becomes of it

Badges worked a dream. Took about half a can so 7-10 coats I think. Truth be told I had to get a mate to do it first time as I was clueless. Peel was fine and shows up really well

Yeah there abouts. Did the rear badges and front bonnet badge on the same afternoon. Can easily alternate between the two and the timing was pretty fair with that

I was thinking the other day after seeing a really nice scirocco, if I had a black DS3 I'd go for fully murdered out.

I cannot wait to get a Scirocco and start properly modifying a car. Probably 4-5 years down the line for me but I currently like the idea of a grey one. After seeing all these Shark Grey DS3s, I've really gotten into grey cars.

They are awesome looking cars! And so much you can do with them. Seen quite a few 17 plates already modified. For me it would be black or white.

Me too, I love it. If I'd bought mine brand new, it would've been Shark Grey. Such a good colour.
